Bio of KL-47 – SA’s Future of Hip Hop Music Producer

Kekeletso Lephakga, known as KL-47, is a South African music producer, sound engineer. KL’s musical style has been described as a fusion of Jazz, Hip Hop, Lo-Fi and RnB music.

KL started producing when he was still in grade 12 in 2016. He learned producing music by remaking songs that were playing on the radio and he never learned to play any musical instrument, but his music is very musical.

Kekeletso has worked, with the likes of Maz Wavez, Auzzy A, PatrickxLee, Krazie Mac, Sky Beats and many more. His official single titled, Sky Is Never Blue, was released on June 21, 2020.

KL is currently working on an album with, Maz Wavez and working on his first EP that will be released in 2021.
