The Minister of Arts & Culture, minced no words at the Social Compact Convention as he stressed the needs for all South Africans to avoid any form of discrimination in their daily lives.

The Minster aired this official government views and position as part of the effort to curb any form of social discriminatory acts against fellow “human beings”.
